Brand and Marketing Officer
Job Description
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.
- Monitor brand performance and reputation in the market.
- Support initiatives that enhance brand visibility and customer perception.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align branding efforts with organizational goals.
- Assist in developing and executing annual marketing plans and campaigns.
- Plan and manage digital and traditional marketing activities.

- Track and evaluate campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Manage social media platforms and online marketing campaigns.
- Create and oversee content for websites, blogs, newsletters, and social media.
- Monitor website traffic, SEO performance, and digital engagement metrics.
- Work with designers, agencies, and content creators to produce marketing materials.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Analyze marketing data and prepare reports on campaign performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and management teams to support business objectives.
