Growth Sellers

Assist in developing and implementing annual brand plans and marketing strategies.
Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, retail, and traditional channels.
Conduct market, competitor, consumer, and category research to identify growth opportunities.
Monitor brand performance, sales trends, market share, and key marketing KPIs.
Assist with product launches, relaunches, promotions, and brand activations.
Coordinate with creative agencies, media agencies, vendors, and other external partners.
Develop marketing briefs, campaign materials, presentations, and performance reports.
Manage brand communication across relevant channels while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
Support consumer research, surveys, and analysis of customer insights.
Track marketing budgets, campaign expenses, and ROI.
Work closely with the sales and trade marketing teams to align brand initiatives with commercial objectives.
Monitor competitors, market trends, and emerging consumer behaviors.
Support events, sponsorships, experiential marketing, and other brand-building activities.
Ensure timely execution of marketing activities and maintain effective coordination with stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
5-6 years of experience in brand management, marketing or a related industry.
Good understanding of marketing principles, consumer behavior, and market research.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms.
