Asset Manager
Job Description
- Conducting in-depth financial analysis of hotel operations, including revenue, expenses, and profit margins.
- Performing revenue and cost analysis, identify areas where revenue can be increased and costs can be controlled.
- Internal audit control- Review of daily financial performance and analysis of the books of accounts in detail.
- Carrying out responsibilities and tasks as advised by Senior Management from time to time.
- Review of various policies and laws and check its adherence.

Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Finance, Real Estate, or related field. (MBA preffered)
