Roles and Responsibilities:
- Update development.
- Meet and exceed KPIs.
- Tracking and analyzing sales data to find strengths and weaknesses.
- Supervision of the team, junior sales staff (dealers), whole sellers, distributers and target achievement.
- Exploring new markets and appointing dealers, retailers, and distributors in viable locations on time.
- Reporting (covering all data) to the immediate supervisor for analysis, suggestions, feedback and approval.
