Job Description

  • Manage administrative and logistics-related documentation.
  • Maintain records of vehicle inventory, including stock movement, allocation, and delivery status.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and reconciliation of vehicle stocks across locations.
  • Manage documentation related to vehicle registration, transfer, customs clearance, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth logistics operations.
  • Provide timely updates on vehicle arrivals, dispatches, and stock availability.
  • Assist in improving operational efficiency through effective documentation and inventory control practices.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to Head of Department (HOD)
