Account and finance Manager
Job Description
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements.
- Manage audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting.
- Analyze financial performance and provide MIS reports to management.
- Strengthen internal controls and ensure financial governance.
- Monitor receivables, payables, and treasury operations.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Accounts & Finance team.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and government authorities.
- Support business decisions through financial analysis and cost optimization.

Job Specification

- Professional accounting certification is an added advantage.
- Prior experiences in ISP.
