Roles and responsibilities:
- Achievement of the given sales target. Supervision of Jr. Sales Officer, Supervisor, or DS.
- Route planning for subordinates.
- Use and check out the FIFO system of all distributors.
- Visit all distributors and whole sellers.
- Claim settlement.
- Transfer of non-sales goods
- Meet and exceed KPIs.
