We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced e-commerce executive to join our team. As an e-commerce executive, you will be responsible for managing our company's website, overseeing sales activities, and establishing partnerships with other e-commerce platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of online retailing, digital marketing strategies, and excellent communication skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the company's e-commerce website, ensuring content is up-to-date, products are accurately listed, and the user experience is optimized for maximum conversion.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive online sales, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media advertising, and affiliate marketing.
- Analyze website traffic and sales metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to enhance performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling product descriptions, imagery, and promotional campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and minimize stockouts.
- Establish and nurture partnerships with other e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, and third-party sellers to expand the company's online presence and reach new customers.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in e-commerce, and propose innovative ideas to stay ahead of the curve.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on key performance indicators, sales performance, and other relevant metrics.
