Job Description
- Lead the project from concept stage, feasibility inputs, and design brief development.
- Ensure coordination between architecture, interior design, structural, and MEP.
- Review MEP drawings, shop drawings, and testing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with building by-laws, permits, approvals, and NOCs.
- Ensure quality control and safety standards on site.

Job Specification
