Job Description
- Oversee the entire milling process, ensuring optimal efficiency, yield, and quality of Atta/Flour.
- Manage production planning and execution to meet business targets.
- Ensure proper documentation of SOPs, quality checks, and inventory.
- Monitor operational KPIs such as production efficiency, downtime, and maintenance schedules.
- Ensure proper operation and maintenance of Bühler milling equipment.

Job Specification
- Graduate in a technical field or diploma holder.
