Job Description
- Oversee office systems, procurement, facilities, & infrastructure.
- Develop and monitor annual budgets in collaboration with the relevant office bearers.
- Manage recruitment, on-boarding, performance reviews, and professional development.
- Maintain formal Board documents, such as: resolutions, bylaws, policies, minutes and correspondences.
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies in alignment with the organization’s mission.

- Minimum 5 years of relevant managerial experience.
