Food & Beverage Manager

Job Description

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of all F&B outlets (restaurants, bars, banquets, in-room dining, lounges).
  • Ensure excellent guest service and maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and satisfaction.
  • Analyze and manage financial reports, including P&L statements, cost control, and forecasting.
  • Work with marketing and sales teams to promote F&B offerings and organize events/promotions.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership in menu planning, cost management, and team supervision.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to boost revenue, optimize costs, and enhance efficiency.

Job Specification
