Financial Planning & Analysis Manager
Job Description
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and rolling projections.
- Prepare and analyze monthly management reports, variance analysis, and KPIs.
- Work closely with production, supply chain, and sales teams to track performance.
- Conduct capacity utilization and plant efficiency analysis.
- Support board presentations and strategic planning exercises.

Job Specification
