Job Description
- Oversee and manage the entire finance and accounting functions of the company.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements applicable to a listed company under the Nepal Stock Exchange.
- Lead budgeting, financial planning, and periodic financial reporting.
- Prepare and evaluate strategic financial insights to support management-level decision-making.
- Supervise overall company operations from financial and managerial aspects

Job Specification
