Job Description
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward Merchants at all times.
- Responding promptly to Merchant inquiries.
- Communicating with Merchant and BFIs through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving Merchant complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Keeping records of Merchant interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the Transaction, service process.
- Ensure customer, Merchant satisfaction and provide professional Business support.
Job Specification
- Answers incoming Merchant calls regarding product problems, service questions and general client concerns
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller.
- Update Merchant information in the Merchant service database during and after each call.
- Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies.
- Impact the company’s bottom line by problem solving and turning clients into repeat customers.
