Job Description

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward Merchants at all times.
  • Responding promptly to Merchant inquiries.
  • Communicating with Merchant and BFIs through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving Merchant complaints.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Keeping records of Merchant interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the Transaction, service process.
  • Ensure customer, Merchant satisfaction and provide professional Business support.

Job Specification

  • Answers incoming Merchant calls regarding product problems, service questions and general client concerns
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller.
  • Update Merchant information in the Merchant service database during and after each call.
  • Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies.
  • Impact the company’s bottom line by problem solving and turning clients into repeat customers.

Education Qualification

  • Bachelor's in Management
