Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day operation of the all support staff and handle the overall service related works.
  • Receiving and executing the standards of Service from HQ.
  • Arranging and ensuring the smooth operational works in all the branches.
  • Ensure that Service Level Agreements and client expectations are met as defined.
  • Regularly audits work being done and customer service being provided to ensure all standards are met and that repair work is carried out effectively, correctly, and thoroughly.
  • Oversees team members performing inspections, preparing reports, and doing repairs; if necessary, carries out these job duties personally to ensure highest quality of work.
  • Provide technical leadership to a team tasked with delivering in tune and other related tools for deployment of policy, tracking, reporting, and remediation.
  • Troubleshoot and work with service consumers to resolve non-compliance issues.

Job Specification

  • Fluency in English (both speaking and writing)
  • Preference will be given to those who are fluent in Chinese language
  • Ability to work in pressure
  • Capable of working in team
  • Attribute of professionalism along with sense of responsibility
  • Knowledge of Mobile and its spare parts.
  • Must have possess service concept and its ability to implement
