Job Description

  • Responsible for overseeing all HR functions & process and designing HR policies & procedures that comply with Labor regulations. Responsible for ensuring hiring, developing and retaining qualified employees promoting a healthy work environment.

Job Specification

  • Planning: Prepared yearly Manpower plans, annual budgets and activities of the HR division. Responsible for making timely recommendations to the Management with regards to HR planning and recruitment requirements of the organization.
  • Recruiting & inducting: Organizing and coordinating the entire process of recruitment and for ensuring that newly recruited staff has a good opportunity of induction and is able to socialize well with the rest of the staff members.
  • Staff training & development: Conducting annual training needs analysis of the organization and making timely recommendations to the Management for staff training and development as well as coordinating any training and development activity that takes place.
  • Performance appraisals: Initiating the half yearly and annual performance appraisal process of the organization as well as conducting the performance appraisal of the staff members and making suitable recommendations to the Management.
  • Staff motivation: Ensuring that staff is motivated. Conduct regular discussions with staff in coordination of HOD’s to find out their problems and report these with recommendations to the Management. Ensure that the physical environment and working conditions are conducive to the smooth operations of the organization.
  • Grievance handling: Grievance handling of staff members and report these with recommendations to the Management.
  • Occupational health and safety: Ensuring that the working environments of the organization, in terms of physical facilities are not hazardous to the health and safety of the staff members in any way.
  • Staff discipline: Responsible for informing all staff members of the rules and regulations of the organization. Responsible for reporting the performance behaviors of staff members, who do not adhere to the rules and regulations of the organization, to the related Department Head and the Management.
  • Staff engagement: Organizing relevant HR activities of the entire division and to ensure that all Departments plan and implement HR activities.
  • Regulatory and Statutory: Ensure the compliances of Labor Act and provide the necessary information to the staff and make aware them about staff benefits.

Education Qualification

  • Master in Business Administration from recognized Institutions with HR specialization
