Job Description

  • Corporate HR Policy / System set up
    • Organizational Development by ensuring timely proper recruitments.
    • Develop effective HR strategy for long term development of employees.
    • To identify through HR audit the number of staffs and their role.
    • To identify gaps in successor and coordinate with concerned for development of successor.
    • To identify gaps in rotation & coordinate with concerned for organization development through rotation policy.
    • Update HR policy for specific or assigned location from time to time through inputs of the management and field feedback.
    • Work in coordination and support HR Operations Head for effective achievement of strategically initiatives during/after implementation.
    • Plan/follow Succession planning programs for key contributors and management positions and develop training and development programs for preparing employees for more significant responsibilities.
    • Maintains knowledge of international HR policies, programs, laws and issues. Understands the differences of domestic and international policies and programs and coordinate the integration of all such policies.
    • Support ‘Policy Board Committee’.
    • Strategic HR Planning and Policy set upRegular Organizational Analysis and reporting to Management / Succession plan set up and review
    • Sourcing of Talents as per business need and focused L&D program for talents identified internally.
 
  • Inter‐ Departmental Coordination
    • Compensation and Benefits Management in cooperation with Finance
    • Employee Engagement and Competency Mapping
    • Performance Management through KRA/KPI audit of various departments.
    • Improve /maintain Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
    • Safety and Health work place
    • Security system management
    • Union and Grievance handling
    • IR, PR and GR and other activities as and when required
 
  • HR Development
    • Develops strategy/yearly plan and implement effective methodology for Learning and development activities.
    • Inculcate Learning culture and Leaders development
    • Evaluate and advise on the impact of long‐range planning of new programs/strategies that affect the attraction, motivation, development and retention of the employees.
    • Reinitiate/run LMD Course and Plan/ enhance further development of LMD graduates for higher roles
    • Visit factory units from time to time to take strategically inputs from the units for improving the programs, policies and processes.
    • Support top level management by providing human resource’s advice, counsel and decisions after analyzing information’s.
 
  • GME Activity
    • Planning and Implementation for GME Activity.

Education Qualification

  • MBA Degree.
