Job Description

  • Understand and assess training and development needs
  • Understand the organizational needs for the implementation and achievement of its goals
  • Assess employees’ skills, talents, performance and productivity gaps to plan capacity building (training needs)
  • Maintain keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices
  • Plan, design and budget training initiatives
  • Design and develop comprehensive programs for training appropriate to address the performance gaps as assesses
  • Develop individual training and development plans for each employee
  • Plan and ensure effective induction and orientation sessions for all new and old employee
  • Prepare annual training budgets and plans.
  • Organize and implement training initiatives
  • Collaborate and connect internal stakeholders (liner managers) and liaise with various experts regarding training implementation
  • Research, analyze and incorporate new training methods and techniques suitable to the organization 
  • Oversee and maintain in-house training facilities and necessary training equipment
  • Review and assess effectiveness of the capacity building programs
  • Monitor and evaluate effectiveness, success and ROI of the trainings and update summary report determining impact of training on employee skills and corporate goals

Job Specification

  • Track record in designing and executing successful training programs.

Education Qualification

  • Master’s in Human Resource Management or Post Graduate diploma in related field.

Other Special Requirement

  • Ambitious, organized and efficient expert with knowledge of Travel Company
  • Experience in business, leadership and HR areas
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, trends and techniques (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc)
  • Exceptional organizational skills, including the ability to handle multiple assignments and prioritize work.
  • Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals
  • Good computer and database skills.
