Job Description

  • Should perform after sales task of all delivery channels.
  • Recommend creative selling techniques based on market and product knowledge.
  • Responsible for daily sales activity in Nepal. Work with large profile customers or with customer complaints, analyze budgets, and determine ways to streamline and improve the sales process.
  • Delivery channels include Mobile/SMS banking, ATM banking, Tablet banking,
    Branchless Banking (BLB) and may also include others in future.
  • Collect necessary information from the clients and coordinate with the concerned person and other stakeholders for the service.
  • Coordinate clients for the payment of cost associated with delivery channel.
  • Avail clients with the necessary information like forms, flex and other materials.
  • Arrange training of the delivery channels to the clients.
  • Collect feedback from the clients using delivery channels and coordinate with the required team for its resolution if any.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
  • Should be familiar with digital marketing.

Job Specification

  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new
    products and competition status.

Education Qualification

  • Bachelor degree.

Other Special Requirement

  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager,
    consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
