This is an entry level position at the clerical level. The selected candidates will undergo one year training period and upon successful completion of the training period, such candidates will be eligible for confirmation in Assistant (A1) level. Selected candidate should be willing to work anywhere in Nepal as per the Bank's requirement.
[*Note: Separate qualifying criteria shall be applicable in case of outsourced personnel currently doing non core Banking clerical task in the Bank applying for the post of Trainee Assistant. Bank may not hire all the candidates at one go and may hire less than the number indicated depending on its requirement. All candidates must be proficient in written/spoken Nepali and English; be computer literate with working knowledge of MS Office applications. Candidates are expected to have smart and pleasant personality, be articulate, be of cheerful nature with superior interpersonal skills, desire to excel, have positive attitude and be a team player but be able to work independently and take initiatives.
