Assist in the Recruitment and Selection procedure and maintain a pool of candidates
● Maintain employee’s database
● Ensure that all employees are enrolled in the benefit packages offered by the company and explain the benefits to the employees
● Conduct Onboarding formalities like employee orientation, appointment documentation, etc.
● Initiating bank account opening, SSF, and PAN process of all employees
● Record fuel allowance and communication allowance
● Arrangement & allotment of rooms to employees
● Ensure that the food is served in the best quality
● Attendance and Leaves management and submitting a periodic report to concerned authorities
● Assist to administer payroll
● Make sure the performance appraisals are carried out as per the HR calendar
● Ensure workplace safety in the factory and support safety training
● Handle employees grievances
● Respond to HR-related queries within the company
● Coordinate with respective Line Managers for training needs assessment
● Facilitate Exit formalities
● Coordinate with the HR team in Corporate Office for any HR issues and events
Candidates must have completed BBA or BBS
● At least 3 years of relevant work experience
● Knowledge of Labor law and practices
● Friendly and professional demeanor
● Hands on experience with MS office package (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook)
● Excellent communication and people skills
● Excellent command of the English, Nepali
