Duties / Functions

1.

Strategically lead and develop a senior operational management team to enhance performance by setting clear accountable performance measures.

2.

Responsible for Profit and Loss, or Profit Centre/Cost Centre Budgets for Service department.

3.

Create a culture and processes which achieve the business goals and objectives with regards to their customer service.

4.

Empower and Engage the Customer Service Team.

5.

Identify new tools and technologies to better serve the customer.

6.

Drive better sales through service.

7.

Use Customer Insight and Root Cause Analytics to identify companywide improvements and present to the Head of Department.

8.

Work effectively with all peers and influence customer improvements
