Enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices, hearing and resolving employee grievances; and counseling employees and supervisors.
Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
Retains historical human resource records by designing a filing and keeping past and current records.
Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
Manages human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Provide counseling on policies and procedures
Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
Create and implement effective onboarding plans
Develop training and development programs
Assist in performance management processes
Maintain and ensure proper employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
