Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employees to address workplace-related concerns and grievances.
  • Manage personnel files and staff database and ensure they are accurate, up to date, and maintained in line with our privacy and security policies.
  • Facilitate performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees, helping them achieve their potential.

Job Specification


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or any related discipline.
  • Effective written communication skills (both Nepali and English), including the ability to prepare reports, proposals, policies, and procedures.
  • Must have at least 3–4 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Good understanding of labor legislation, rules regulations and acts.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, and a team player.
