Quality & Technical Service Representative (TSR)

Job Description

Knowledge of SPC/SQC. Clarity in designing and implementing Quality Plan, Conducting DOE and tabulating result. Good Knowledge of quality systems and tools, excellent interpersonal communication and leadership skills.

Visit customers to resolve any problems related to closures and Develop Professional relation with them, Help customers with planned and unplanned maintenance. Undertake surveys for conversions, new equipment and efficiency improvements, Work on machine at Customer site and work to boost the sales target.

Job Specification

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with more than 3 years experience or Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering with more than 1 year of experience in Technical as well as Commercial field in relevant manufacturing industries.

This job requires frequent travel to northern part of India to visit our customers. Excellent communication ( speaking and Written) Skill in English and Hindi (speaking) to serve our customers in India.
