§ Monitor every aspect of production process water, ENA, blending, storage, filtration, and packaging.
§ Conducting sensory evaluation of blend batch wise before releasing to production and develop team on sensory skills.
§ Ensuring Implementation of Policies, Procedures, Manual as per Quality System and records are maintained.
§ Monitoring the production line and doing periodic Quality Control checks.
§ Ensure proper CIP of Blending, Filling, and ancillary equipment before production and during changeovers.
§ Responsible for maintaining standards in Production as per HACCP plan.
§ Inspection of all incoming raw and packing material and acceptance based on defined specification criteria.
· Graduation in -Chemistry, Food Technology or Chemical Engineering
&
· Diploma in Alcohol Technology.
Experience
Minimum 8 years of experience in FMCG/ beverage industry, with at least 4 years in monitoring alcohol blending related activities.
