To monitor the admission percentage from OPD and sponsored patients from the consultants clinics. Counsel the consultants on their track record of admission. Monitoring data of diagnostic services for each consultant periodically.
Working out schedule for workshops/seminars/camps/press/media coverage of the medical fraternity of the hospital with the Corporate Business Development Head.
Review and implementation of the Policy and procedures as necessary
Ensure adherence to government regulations and laid out various policy and procedures
Ensured Adherence to continual improvement in quality system
To ensure that all policy and procedure follow as per NABH guidelines.
Organise & Conduct internal audit
Arrange and coordinate Calibration of all measuring monitoring tools of hospital.
Review and implementation of the content/matter in each & every form of hospital
