1. Oversee the implementation and execution of the marketing strategy - including campaigns, events, digital and print marketing.

2. Gathers the materials necessary to understand the project and competition in the area such as literature or previous marketing campaigns; analyzes these materials to determine the most effective communications technique.

3. Design communications campaigns, which may include social and online media, print media, direct mail, and other multimedia.

4. Responsible for collection, analysis and reporting of marketing KPI's.

5. Partner with agencies on strategic communications and graphic design.

6. Implement performance metrics and tracking tools to measure results.

7. Act as the organization's representative with the media and at conferences as and when required.

8. Create flyers, promotional materials for upcoming events and engage constituents.

9. Develop and implement brand management.

10. Lead and define go to market strategies in support of company strategic plan.

11. Collaborates with sales or marketing team to fully understand product and communication needs.

12. Presents design ideas and recommendations to the management, HOD, or sales team.

13. Other task assigned by the concerned authorities required as per the nature of the job

1. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Communications, or related field.

2. Three to five years of related experience writing and editing projects; portfolio of relevant previous projects highly preferred.

3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills that may include public speaking and presentations.

4. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

5. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
