Architecture and Interior Design:
· Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and other professionals to ensure project objectives are met.
· Review and evaluate project designs to ensure they align with the hotel's vision and brand identity.
· Provide input and recommendations for design enhancements, interior concepts, and space planning.
· Ensure the aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability of architectural and interior elements.
· Preparation of drawings including schematic drawings, as-built drawings, etc.
· Preparation of GFC drawings – interior millworks, FF&E and civil work details.
· Prepare Project Presentations and reports
· Oversee the selection of finishes, materials, and furnishings to meet design specifications.
Project Coordination:
· Coordinate and facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders involved in renovation and upgrade projects.
· Regularly report project progress, challenges, and recommendations to the hotel management team.
· Maintain and organize comprehensive documentation of all architectural drawings, specifications, and project-related information.
· Ensure compliance with architectural, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), civil, and structural standards and regulations.
· Assisting the designers with the site information.
· Project coordination between civil, interior & MEP teams and contractors/vendors
· Review and approval of shop drawings for loose FF&E and mills works
· Site supervision from design perspective and quality control.
· Monitor project timelines and budgets, making necessary adjustments as required.
Procurement:
· Identify and procure architectural and interior design materials, fixtures, and furnishings.
· Manage supplier and contractor relationships, negotiating terms and pricing.
· Ensure cost-effective sourcing of materials and services without compromising quality.
· Oversee the procurement process, from request for quotations to final delivery and installation.
· Sourcing of materials / vendors
· Sampling and procurement for furniture, furnishing & finishing items, Signage, Art work, carpets, decorative lights etc., related to renovation and refurbishment.
· Getting quotations, preparing comparisons and negotiations
· BOQ Preparation for civil, interior works and procurement items
· Carrying out responsibilities and tasks as advised by Senior Management from time to time.
· Keep track of project budgets and expenditures related to procurement activities.
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
· Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in architecture, interior design, project coordination, and procurement, preferably in hotel/tourism sector
· Proficiency in latest architectural software and tools.
· Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
· Negotiation and procurement expertise.
· Knowledge of industry suppliers and materials.
