HR Manager

Job Description

  • Lead recruitment, workforce planning, onboarding, promotion, transfer, and separation processes.
  • Oversee HR operations through the Nimble HRMS/ERP system and ensure data accuracy.
  • Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave administration, employee benefits, and statutory compliance.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and performance management systems.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with Labor Act 2074, Labor Rules, Social Security Fund (SSF), and other applicable regulations.
  • Lead employee engagement, training, leadership development, and retention initiatives.
  • Prepare HR reports, workforce analytics, and management dashboards for decision-making.
  • Coordinate and support HR operations across 150+ branch offices.
  • Advise management on organizational structure, manpower planning, and HR strategy.

Job Specification

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, including managerial responsibility.
  • Experience managing HR functions for a workforce of 1,000+ employees and multi-branch operations.
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS/ERP systems, preferably Nimble.
