HR cum Training co-coordinator

Job Description

  • Responsible for overall human resource and training department
  • Provide direction, creative and progressive solution for HR related matters
  • Plan, strategize  recruitment activities to fulfill the manpower recruitments
  • Execute outreach programs to promote our training amongst organization and aspirants 
  • Research, identity  and source a partnership for outsourcing opportunity 
  • Recruitment and retention, training and development of HR
  • Identifying  and planning the suitable training, scheduling the resource and coordinating with other department for completion of the training
  • Play a strategic role in company  brand building, and commercialization
  • We expect the candidates to be versatile and able to perform the multitask take a initiative in this post.
  • Creative and maintaining database of the potential of clients.

Job Specification

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in human resource, business administration or related field. Master degree in specialization in HR is desirable.
  • 2-3 years experience in full spectrum of human resource with strong knowledge in talent hunt, recruitment, staff retention, training and compliance
  • Good organization skills and able to relate to people from all levels
  • Resourceful & creative in finding a ways to recruit different level of staff
  • Knowledge in client handling with the experience of job consultancy will be desirable
