Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with the Head of HRBP to enable a measurable difference in employee focus and increase productivity. The position of HR Business Partner is largely collaborative.
  • Work in tandem with other HR departmental teams in determining approaches to matters of recruitment, compensation, L&OD, and other HR functions to ensure that the programs in place are effective and efficient.
  • Ideate, conceptualize and implement various HR initiatives, including manpower planning, employee engagement, performance management, rewards and recognition, succession planning, and policy review.
  • Drive the mission, vision, and values of the organization through various initiatives.
  • Work closely with business leaders to partner and impact business success.
  • Build and implement HR strategies to create a high-performance-driven work culture.
  • Develop the manpower plan in consultation with other functional heads to ensure an optimum workforce within the organization and to institute measures to address long-term needs.
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to build the employer brand to enable talent attraction, and strive for workplace culture certifications like GPTW and other best practices.
  • Work with the head of HRBP and line managers to build processes and implement policies that are conducive to building a conducive work environment and enable positioning the company as a good employer.
  • Lead the implementation of various HRMS systems and software to automate HR operations.
  • Conduct internal audits within the sub-departments to ensure 100% compliance.
  • Develop and implement HR policies that are conducive and competitive while meeting the company’s values and business needs.
  • Work with the C&B team to manage and monitor the compensation and benefits in the organization, both to optimize costs and ensure the retention of talent.
  • Lead and guide the performance management, compensation strategy, rewards, and incentive programs at Indira IVF, identifying and deploying best practices.
  • Automate HR systems for speed, efficiency, and accuracy.
  • Visualize and develop organizational capability in line with the company’s business plans.
  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with other HR teams to develop and enhance solutions, processes, and programs that address current problems and also avoid future ones.
  • HR-related vendor negotiations and performance reviews, i.e., manpower consultants, insurance companies, etc., ensure qualitative and cost-effective sources for the organization.
  • Develop the team’s capabilities and keep updated with the latest trends.
  • Ensure discipline in all center operations as per company values, SOPs, and statutory compliance standards.
  • Conduct disciplinary proceedings and domestic inquiries, ensure labor law compliance, and be watchful of notices received at the entry.
  • Liaise with state-level authorities to settle any notices, if received, with the help of Labor Statutory Service partners.

Job Specification


  • 8+ years of relevant experience in HR, with 2+ years in a tactical and/or leadership role.
  • Demonstrable experience in a pertinent managerial position, preferably in the human resources domain.
  • Excellent understanding of the latest people management concepts & best practices—manpower budgeting, workforce planning, recruitment strategies, psychometry, etc.
  • Demonstrable experience managing full-cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives.
  • Excellent knowledge of psychometric tools, application, and interpretation for mid- to senior-level employees.
  • Strong collaborative ability to sustain relationships across functions and levels & ensure seamless integration & execution of PR and communication plans.
  • Adequate knowledge of organizational effectiveness, compliance standards, & policies.
  • Good understanding of sourcing techniques and tools. (e.g. social networks)
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and HR databases. 
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Assertive and clear style of communication with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners, and candidates)
  • Analytical mindset and data-driven thinking.
  • Strategic thinking style, honesty, and ethics in business dealings.
  • Top-notch supervisory and conflict resolution skills.
  • Graduate Degree: Management/MMBA in HR (Tier II Institute at least); Graduate: B.Com/BBCA / IT IT PROFICIENCY Office 365, CRM/EERP / MIS / Psychometric Tools.
