HM Head
Job Description
1· Formulation and review of Bid documents for HM works Package.
2· On submission, opening & evaluation of bids for qualifying criteria, technical submissions, price bid submission, strategize and negotiation of prices and award of works.
3· Review and Supervise fabrication, erection, testing and commissioning of HM works and equipment and ensure adherence to Time and Cost.
4· Ensuring contractor’s quality of implementation as specified in the technical specifications and coordinate with all concerned.
5· Participate in FATs and Dry and Wet testing of HM works.
6· Performance of all related tasks for issuance of Taking-Over Certificate
6· Document all inspections & testing for HM works/Equipment.
7· Ensure that all HM works related materials and/or equipment have been tested, reports submitted, and approved.
8· Preparation of items of works to be completed by the Contractor during Defect Liability Period.
9· Formulation / review of O & M Manuals for complete HM works & associated.
