· Update and submit plans for any project and classroom activities of the high school to the Head of the High School Unit and the Principal

· Prepare a marketing strategy and be accountable to ensure student intake in High School

· Ensure resource allocation to and operational planning, and implementation at the High School Level

· Have overall responsibility for management of the High School Level teaching/learning program and implementation of the academic policy

· Create a supportive work environment for all staff at the High School Level fostering their career development

· Promote excellence and improvement in all matters of teaching, learning, and research

· Maintain regular review, evaluation and profile of each high school students

· Be up-do-date with the government’s rules and policies, monitor the implementation of the government’s directives, and provide regular reports to the principal, the steering committee and the Advisor

· Take overall responsibility for delegating extensively across high school and ensuring that roles and responsibilities are understood by all

· Strong communicator with excellent spoken and written English

· Excellent organizational skills with accuracy and an eye for detail

· The ability to think creatively and look at problems from a new perspective

· The ability to relate to people of all ages and backgrounds

· Knowledge and Proficiency in use of digital communications, CRM and traditional media

· Highly motivated and resilient with a positive and proactive approach

· Ability to thrive in a high workload environment, often to tight deadlines
