We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead and oversee the operations of our prestigious resort.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful resort management, leadership skills, and a passion for delivering an outstanding guest experience.
As the General Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of resort operations, financial performance, guest satisfaction, and team management.
· Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
· 5-10 years’ experience in this field.
· Proven experience as a General Manager in a high-end resort or luxury hotel.
· Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

· Solid financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
· Proficiency in using property management systems and software.
