Front Desk Officer

Job Description

1. Greet and welcome guests.

2. Answer questions and address complaints.

3. Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.

4. Keep front desk tidy and presentable.

5. Daily record keeping and filing of documents.

6. Prepare reports, presentations and correspondence accurately and swiftly.

7. Create and organize information, and generate reference tools for easy use.

8. Operate and maintain office equipment, office documents and properties.

9. Responsible for maintaining office security and communicating with the security guards if needed.

Job Specification

Bachelor’s Degree in Management

Minimum 1 year experience in related field

Documentation to strengthen institutional knowledge and systems 

Proven experience as front desk representative

Proficient in relevant software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)

Soft skills: Time Management, Organizational & Communication Skills

Proficient in English (oral & written)

Ambivert with compassion towards people

Active listener who can read between the lines

Should pursue equitable treatment

Fits in a modern work culture that uses technology, is transparent and is inclusive (value human dignity)
