Educational Counselor
Job Description
- Keep updated with the latest regulation and course information from education providers and immigration.
- Face-to-face & Telephone counseling on higher education and the admission process for various Universities in Australia, UK, and Canada.
- Maintain a student database and ensure regular follow-up on potential leads.
- Assist students with the application process, visa process, documentation, and necessary travel arrangements.
- Maintain official communication to facilitate the offer letters and application procedure of the students.
- Execute rehearsals for interviews, pre-departure guidance, and related work as and when required.

Job Specification
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 2 years experience in International Education counseling and admissions.
- Must have a Registration or Certification as a Trained Education Counselor (QEAC highly recommended)
- Verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Patient, self-motivated, and adaptable to the needs of each student.
- Desire to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Great attention to detail and result focus.
- High-level ethics and integrity.
- Excellent analytical, diagnostic, and research skills.
