Job Description

  • Schedule Posts on Social Media Accounts.
  • Story Posts.
  • Reply to messages, comments and  queries.
  • Answer direct calls, reply direct messages on Customer Service direct numbers. 
  • Take note of orders on Order Sheet and fill in all the details properly.
  • Assort orders taken according to the route and manage it properly.
  • Make sure that the packages are labeled and products are packed on time.
  • Assign delivery agent’s name on the Order Sheet for the orders that are assigned to him.
  • Reporting relationship to Supervisor. 
  • Inventory Management.
