Schedule Posts on Social Media Accounts.
Story Posts.
Reply to messages, comments and queries.
Answer direct calls, reply direct messages on Customer Service direct numbers.
Take note of orders on Order Sheet and fill in all the details properly.
Assort orders taken according to the route and manage it properly.
Make sure that the packages are labeled and products are packed on time.
Assign delivery agent’s name on the Order Sheet for the orders that are assigned to him.
Reporting relationship to Supervisor.
Inventory Management.
