Customer Sales Representative (CSR)

Job Description

  • Handle and respond call of clients of companies/firm to whom the employer provides call center services and/or any person with respectful, polite and supportive manner and voice.
  • Perform functions as per necessity under direct control and direction of the employer.
  • Achieve daily call target within given time without compromising on quality.
  • Collect customer feedback on the services, campaigns and products run by the client. 
  • Operate the software with accuracy and honesty.
  • Maintain First Call Resolution, Quality of Call, and other parameters defined.
  • Identify customers’ need, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
  • Maintain database of all conversation in a comprehensive way.
  • Highlight the technical and unsolved problems to Supervisor.
  • Meet individual as well as team’s qualitative and quantitative targets.
  • Report to Team Leader
