Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Corporate Sales Asst. Manager/Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and outgoing individual with a proven track record in corporate sales within the HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, and Cafe) industry. This role requires someone with exceptional networking skills, a knack for building and maintaining relationships, and a strong understanding of the sales process.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth within the HORECA sector.
  • Identify and prospect potential clients, including hotels, restaurants, and cafes, through various channels.
  • Leverage existing contacts and networks to establish rapport with key decision-makers and purchase managers in the industry.
  • Create customized corporate quotations and proposals tailored to the specific needs of each client.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our offerings.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for both the company and the client.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to address client needs and enhance product offerings.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Travel outside Kathmandu as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events and trade shows.

Job Specification


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management.
  • Minimum 5 years for assistant manager and 7 years for manager in the HORECA industry.
  • Proven track record of success in corporate sales, preferably within the HORECA industry.
  • Strong network of contacts and relationships within the hospitality sector, particularly hotels, restaurants, and cafes in Nepal.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Proficiency in creating and presenting corporate quotations and proposals.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
  •  Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours as needed.
  • Previous experience working in a similar role within the HORECA industry.
  • Formal attire and a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Extroverted personality with a natural ability to connect with others.
  • Familiarity with the local market and cultural nuances in Nepal.
  • Fluency in both English and Nepali languages.
