· Business Development: Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations with insurance companies, brokers, agents, and other relevant entities.
· Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the insurance sector. Act as a trusted advisor and liaison between IME Pay and insurance industry partners.
· Product Integration: Work closely with our product and technology teams to ensure seamless integration of insurance-related solutions into our fintech platform. Collaborate on custom solutions that meet the unique needs of insurance partners.
· Sales and Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals for the Insurance vertical. Develop and execute sales strategies, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
· Market Expansion: Identify new geographic markets and customer segments for insurance-related services and products. Develop expansion strategies to penetrate these markets effectively.
· Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, sales performance, and market insights to the executive team.
· Compliance: Ensure that all business development activities adhere to relevant industry regulations and compliance standards.
· Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field
· Proven track record of successful business development and sales in an Insurance Company with 4-5 years of working experience.
· In-depth understanding of insurance products, services, and industry dynamics.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and presentation skills.
