Developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per inquiry
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
• Close sales and achieve sales quotas
• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
• Maintain and expand the database of prospects within the Information Technology industry
• Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
• Perform effective online demos to prospects and upsell services
• Recruit, manage, direct, and supervise the Sales Team in achieving the sales target

Bachelor’s or Master’s (preferred) degree in Sales Management, Business Marketing, or similar disciplines
• At least 4 years of previous experience in Sales/Inside Sales in an IT company, IT service call center or other Tech fields
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, good technical skills and strong knowledge about technological field will be highly preferred
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Candidates with experience of interaction with clients from North America and Australia or those with good scores in IELTS, PTE tests shall be given priority
• Good organizational and multitasking ability with strong listening and sales skills, and a knack to achieve targets
• Excellent phone manner and cold calling skills with exceptional customer service ability
